Chef Remo Marchiori is born in Venice to a restaurateur mother and he was soon encouraged to enroll in the Catering School of Abano Terme.
He develops his knowledge and career in Italy and Switzerland and at the age of 21, thanks to his ambition and determination, he gets the opportunity to manage his first restaurant. At the age of 32 he becomes Executive Chef for the Star Italia SPA, cooking consultant and teacher throughout Italy.
His passion leads him to attend several training courses over the years; he has worked to the highest level in the catering business and received several prestigious recognition among which the most important are: “Les Toque Blanques d’Honneur” in 2018, and the “Cappello d’Oro al Congresso Nazionale dell’Associazione Professionale Cuochi Italiani”.
His mission is to create an astonishing combination of creativity and tradition, to achieve an healthy, balanced, organic and plant based cooking, always attentive to the innovations and latest trends.
